This is night time. This is not really anything special. I just used the sparks tool to get the yellow stars and the white stars I just changed the size of my brush to make the stars bigger and smaller. I Haven't yet mastered the sparks tool. It kind of has a mind of its own and makes stars big and small as it pleases. It still is fun though because you never know what you are going to get.
Nice pic. Like how you did your ground effect. What tool did you use on it?
