This is a recreation of a picture of a waterfall that i found on google. I used the eye dropper tool in order to get the coloring right, and then i just layered the colors and smudged them. To make the clouds more realistic i added gray and used the smudge tool around the edges.
This is pretty good Zak, I like the rising mist/foam stuff where the waterfall hits the bottom.
