fishing in Maine

I tried to make layers from the top down. starting with black, then making stars and the moon. I then made mountains with snow on the top of them using the airbrush and the smudge tool. i then tried to make layers of different shades of blue to try and make an icy hill but it didn't seem to come out that well then i made a frozen lake with an ice trap. i used smudge to make the snow come on to the ice a little bit on the sides.

  1. Nice gradation from whites, to grays, to blues. Eye-catching. I want you to edit "fishen" to "fishin'"; this is a published work of art...unless you were trying to be intentionally artsy with your title.

  2. Cool cold winter scene, nice ice tilt in the foreground.

Agreed on the "Fishen" comment. It's either "fishing" or "fishin'"

  3. Nick, I love the cold night sky off in the distance. It looks to cold to go fishing though! Mrs. Lammert
