Great work making the arm move smoothly without much "jumping." Removing his shoulder-pad on the right side definitely helped that, and it didn't effect the image too much. Great work on the mouth too...it's actually kinda eerie. His mouth moves off hinge, making him actually seem like a skeleton (something the original animators of the show never could seem to accomplish).
